Security Deposit
To confirm a reservation from our website at How R You Main House, a ₱3,500 Security Deposit is required to cover any potential damages, lost items, or unexpected cleaning caused by you, your guests, or pets during your stay. Any additional charges, like for pets, will be deducted from this deposit.
Cancellation/No Show
Guests who cancel their stay in How R You? will not be refunded. Instead, they may rebook their stay within twelve (12) months of their original booking date.
There is no rebooking fee for guests cancelling their stay more than seven (7) days before their original date of stay.
If guests wish to rebook their stay and their original booking falls on a weekday (Monday to Thursday), rebooking is limited to weekdays, excluding holidays. Rebooking for a weekend (Friday to Sunday) will incur additional charges.
For guests cancelling their stay three to six (3-6) days before their stay, a rebooking fee of ₱2000.00 may apply depending on the reason for cancellation.
Guests who cancel their stay two (2) days or less prior to their stay will be considered a No Show and all prior payments will be forfeited.
We can allow free rebooking for Typhoon Signal #2 and up in San Juan, La Union or your place of origin.
In case of proved deaths or accidents, a refund may be granted.
We have sole discretion if refund/rebooking is allowed for cases not mentioned above. Kindly message us.
Pet
There is no Pet Fee. However, if a pet/s causes damage to the property or we will need to deep clean the room for our next guest, an invoice will be sent and the total amount will be deducted to the security deposit.
As an animal-loving hosts, we welcome any pet that can fit into our door. However, there is one exception: we cannot accommodate untamed animals or those that may be poisonous.
Any stay of 3 nights or longer will have an additional ₱1000.00 fee deducted to their Security Deposit. 50% of the fee will be donated to The Cat House.
Only one to three pet is allowed.
In providing a safe haven for guests and pets alike, please be mindful of your little friend’s noise level and ensure they are potty-trained (and please, clean up after them for everyone’s comfort).
To prevent pets from chewing and clawing furnishings, please keep an eye on your pets and be mindful of their actions given that, as pet owners, you are responsible for any damages or injuries caused by your pet. (Tip: consider bringing that cat scratcher!).
Excessive or loud barking may be disruptive, so please soothe your furry friend in these stressful situations and reduce their noise level as much as possible.
Guests may not leave a pet unattended in my room. (Tip: there are pet hotels nearby).
We love that pets are curious by nature; however, please keep them close to you at all times. Keep them on a leash, within a stroller or a baby carrier. Or even better, let them ride in your handbag!
