Check-in time is 14:00 

Check-out time is strictly 11:00 (unless late check out has been approved, depends on availability)

No smoking within the premises (most specially within the compound)

No drugs, firearms, and/or weapons allowed within the premises.

Drinking of any alcoholic beverages is not allowed.

No parties or events.

No unregistered guests. 

No loud noise after 21:00.

No shoes inside my home.

No eating or drinking in bed. 

Turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. 

Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. 

Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.

All trash must be disposed of in these designated bins and should never be left around the property.

Keys are to remain in the possession of the primary guest at all times during the stay. 

We have the right to kick out those who refuse to follow our house rules, unruly, and/or undeclared guests.

Additional person/s will be charged in excess of the declared number but maximum of 8 heads only. 

By visiting us, booking with us, and/or sending payment, it means that you have read and understood and agree with our house rules and policies.
